Leslie Marie brings a unique combination of real estate expertise, executive leadership, community involvement, and genuine care to every client relationship.
A licensed California real estate professional since 2004, Leslie serves buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the San Francisco Bay Area with a relationship-driven approach built on trust, communication, strategy, and exceptional service. She believes real estate is about far more than a transaction—it is about understanding her clients’ goals, advocating for their best interests, and helping them confidently navigate some of the most important financial and personal decisions of their lives.
Before transitioning into real estate full-time, Leslie enjoyed an accomplished 34-year career with the U.S. General Services Administration, including 17 years serving as a Regional Account Executive for the Pacific Rim Region. Her extensive background in negotiations, contracting, strategic relationship management, and executive-level client service continues to distinguish the way she represents her real estate clients today.
Education has also played an important role in Leslie’s professional journey. She holds two master’s degrees from the University of San Francisco—one in Organization Development and another in Sports Management with an emphasis in Collegiate Athletics—as well as a bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Communications from San Francisco State University.
Having called the Bay Area home since 1979, Leslie brings both professional expertise and a deep connection to the communities she serves. Her commitment to service extends beyond real estate through her involvement with Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® and The Links, Incorporated, along with her ongoing dedication to community engagement and giving back.
