Hello,
I would feel honored to be the greatest asset in your journey to your destination. Whether that be buying, selling, investing, or anything along the lines of Real Estate. This is the beginning of my career in real estate with only great things to come from it.
Now, there will be plenty of time for us to talk about your journey and destination while I do my absolute best in making that process as exciting, easy, and successful as I possibly can. If not, then I will find the time because I am dedicated in providing you with what you are looking for with the happiest expression on your face. That said I assume you are here to learn a little more about me before we start your fantastic journey together. I am going to attempt to make a long, possibly boring, story short and sweet.
I was raised by two magnificent parents that were dedicated in providing their children with the best and most respectful lives possible with what they had. My parents raised me on the very street they met each other on in San Leandro. For the past 28 years of my life in the beautiful Bay Area, it has been nothing else, but an adventure I would live over and over again. I have had my ups and downs, but a wise man once told me, your negative parts in life will turn itself into a positive over time if you let it, pain is only temporary. I grew up as a very positive and happy young man involved in almost every sport, finding myself one day at a time. Learning something new every single day and still am while meeting amazing people along the way. For the past 7 years I have been working very hard in commercial buildings from a utility technician to a Journeyman stationary engineer. I have been repairing and maintaining High-rise and Low-rise buildings from Santa Clara to San Francisco working on all types of machinery used to run a high and low-rise building while successfully collecting as many certificates as I could. Along my way, I found myself becoming more obsessed with real estate every day. After my first purchase of my house with an amazing Realtor, I finally knew what I truly wanted to do in my life. To give as many people as I can the most exciting journey with real estate because that is what my realtor gave me, a feeling I will never forget.
With my experience in remodeling multiple parts of residential houses as well as commercial offices while staying in line with both residential and commercial building codes, I can proudly walk through any room and assist you in my opinion on the matter. With the many ways of assistance through the great company Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices Drysdale Properties and my commitment and consistency, I can comfortably assure you I will do my best in providing you with the best service I can offer. If I do not have the answer at the time, please believe me when I tell you I will get the correct answer for you as quick as I can. I have been all over the Bay Area and worked all over the Bay Area, I know the history of most areas around.
